In times of sorrow.
Guns. Violence. Emptiness. Sorrow.
I wish I could live on an island in a yurt away from the violence and sadness that continues to permeate civilization.
I can't imagine raising a family in this environment. And this is coming from a man who lives in the wilderness in a yurt.
I'm afraid for our planet.
I'm scared for all of us.
The world is an uneasy place ready to crack under the stress of modern times.

Yurt
For the past few months I have been living in a tent on land that my friend, a retired software developer owns.
My friend recently sold his home. He wants to get back to nature with the idea of setting up a yurt village.
We built 2 yurts on his property, one for him and another one for me.
My friend has the passion to turn the yurt into affordable housing for people who wouldn't otherwise couldn't afford an apartment, let alone a house.
I hope this idea catches on.

'Making money off global warming'.
Entrepreneurial attorneys, accountants and businessmen are trying to make money of global warming.
Is nothing sacred? What's going to be left if the world is gone? What are they going to buy with their newfound wealth? Another planet to destroy?
Iceland will be the next place to migrate, within a few years, according to scientists Iceland will be a tropical country, while the rest of the world melts over.
I wonder if the greedy businessmen are figuring out ways to turn Iceland into a gated community?
I wish all the greed in the world would melt.
