The best way to Meditate.



Do away spending huge amounts of money meditating in a building with a new age guru. Get a tent, spend time in the wilderness. That is the best way to meditate.

I do this everyday. Meditating under the stars.

I live in a huge dwelling.

My shelter is thousands of square feet.

My house is 200 sq. feet. My backyard is the wilderness.

I am a lucky man.

Ipod? Downloading? I listen to my own brand of audio player. It's called my inner thoughts. Peace and quiet.

That's what I download into my mind on a daily basis.

A wiseman once said 'Clean living under difficult circumstances'.

He passed away far too early.

I take his words to heart.

I meditate everyday.

I wish he would have listened to his own words.
